Johnson Volvo in Durham provides top notch service. I was looking to trade in my leased XC90 for a new XC90 and they delivered exceeding my expectations. I was immediately greeted with kind hospitality I was looking to trade in my leased XC90 for a new XC90 and they delivered exceeding my expectations. I was immediately greeted with kind hospitality from the receptionist, Brandee Stamper, and met with the Sale Manager, Peter Pokorny. Peter wanted to know exactly what I was looking for and how he could best serve me. He then introduced me to Tom Higgins as my salesperson, who was extremely knowledgable about the XC90, features, functionality and suggestions for how it would work best for me as a mom. Tom was also very personable and funny, which made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. After we agreed on the new lease purchase details, Jason Bruzzichesi (Finance Manager) Tom and Peter had everything ready for me to come in and just sign as I had another commitment to attend after leaving. Tom quickly helped me set up my new car with the technology in the car and provided a thorough explanation of all the features so I felt comfortable once I drove off the lot. Jason (Finance Manager) also realized I was a mom to 2 small children and took care of me when it came down to the additional wear and tear package. I have purchased many cars in the past, and this experience with Johnson Volvo was the most pleasant I have experienced. Tom sent me on my way with a goodie bag to thank me for the business and even left me a voicemail the next day to check-in. I am also very impressed with the level of service they will provide when it comes time to service my vehicle with their valeting service. More
My V60 with only 15,000 miles have been at Johnson Durham for over a week. The ABS stopped working, getting funny readings on sensors and the check transmission warning kept going on. First I was told it was a software update, fine, they did the update took the car home and same problem occurred again. Next I was told My right front sensor probably needed to be replaced...mind you this car only has 15,000 miles and it is a 2020. so the did that. Still hasn't solved the problem. Now the xxxxxxxx comes. Told that they only have 7 techs working short on 3 and none and I mean none of them can figure out xxx wrong with a practically new Volvo. Mind you I am disabled and need my car. It is my life. We are now into a week with these clowns and no resolution insight. More
