I have a 2012 xc60 (182k miles) that was making a lot of noise. They had a lot of interest on the car so trusting Joey I placed a down deposit then started the Sloooow process of buying a car here if ur out of state you will have e to meet a notary sign actual paperwork and give up all kinds of personal information even a thumb print!! Then came the delivery transport pics up the car and it has so many circles on the report I’m thinking this can’t be my car well it was and it was not good. I get my eyes on the car and yep Joey failed to point out the flaws of the $52,000 car after calling and stating my case I was told by the manager Blake Boyd I got what I paid for and I will mail you a check for $1000. lol does not even come close to fixing the issues. They definitely took advantage of somebody that was out of state knew that it didn’t matter when the car got there. It was too late doesn’t matter. It’s your car now.BEWARE! More
