I had a flat tire and Nathan was able to get me in without an appointment and made arrangements for a loaner car until the service was completed. The flat tire was not able to be repaired because of the location of the bolt and tire wear. A decision was made to replace all four tires and to perform the 30,000 mile service while my vehicle was in the shop. I have been using this Sabaru Service Center location for 7 years and have never had a bad experience. Doug Weatherspoon More

However, there was no pressure to do this, it was actually my idea to look at the 2017 before we bought the certified car. Godfrey Okenabor and Braden Wilkerson worked with us. They were both friendly, patient, and both had a good sense of humor. After we signed all of the papers for the 2017, we got to talking about the car we were going to sell, and ended up selling it to Johnson. So it was a long day and we were exhausted by the time we drove home, but we felt good about how things turned out. Godfrey and Braden were great to work with and the other staff we encountered (particularly the women at the desk) were helpful and pleasant. More

Easy going and no pressure. Very enjoyable experience. Vincent was eager to help us understand the features of the Outback. During the first test drive we chatted and discussed different makes and models of cars. He was very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. He also pointed out several unique features of the vehicle. Never did we feel pressured to make a decision. We did discuss possible term and conditions for a potential sale, but again he did not pressure us in any way. It was almost hard to believe that such an experience was possible. We did not buy on the first visit which is sort of a policy of mine. He totally respected that! Bottom line is that if you want to shop with no pressure, feel respected as a customer, and know that your satisfaction is on the top of the list, then this is the place to show for your Subaru! More
Quality Work Nathan was very quick and efficient. I brought my car in for a 90K service at 6:30 pm (the website let me schedule it!) He respected my time (and hi Nathan was very quick and efficient. I brought my car in for a 90K service at 6:30 pm (the website let me schedule it!) He respected my time (and his and his tech as well), so before I could really even negotiate with Nathan, he had me in a loaner and said I could pick my car up the next morning... No charge, so no longer than I was in the door, I was out and on my way. Not to mention the quality work the tech did. I told Nathan that I needed my thick rubber floor mats replaced, so I was going to go to the parts department when I picked my car up the next day. He went and got them from the service department and put them in my car, so when I did pick my vehicle up the next morning, it was pay the invoice and right back out the door. The also honored their coupons and did try to overcharge with any unneeded services. I will keep coming back with service like this. More
