I had a bad experience at a Subaru dealership in Raleigh before I came to Johnson. I took my car in for regular maintenance. I like that they take video of your car. My car battery failed a test during the multi point inspection, but they took extra time and checked, and it was under warranty. Clayton, who I dealt with was nice and friendly. I like it that I was told what things my car will likely need to be done next time that way I can budget. The multiple tire quotes I got were reasonable.
