Great experience Worked with Bobby Clamage on getting a newer vehicle. i told him the parameters my wife and I had set (Outback of Forrester) we preferred used with B Worked with Bobby Clamage on getting a newer vehicle. i told him the parameters my wife and I had set (Outback of Forrester) we preferred used with Blind spot monitor, cloth seats and no sunroof. Bobby took the time to show me what was available, the difference in models, ect. I then brought my wife up and he went through all of this again with her detailing the safety features. He took the time to answer all of her questions and I was amazed at the thorough knowledge he has of the vehicles. Not once did he have to look anything up or check a manual. He even was able to pull up the Carfax information on his phone to show the history of the vehicle (this car was so new it was not listed on your website) My wife HATES dealing with salesmen which is why she sent me to look for the car in the first place but she was happy to have been able to deal with Bobby. He even asked if I filled out the online test drive form to get the 25.00 Amazon gift card (I did) and had me text him the coupon code (still waiting for that come on bobby! :) ) Could not be happier with the car or the person I dealt with. More

She set up my appointment and the sales discussion was led by Patrick Dunn who not only focused on my “why” but respected my budget press point to help me find the perfect vehicle to suit my needs. Patrick’s honesty with the buying process and his knowledge of the safety features of the vehicle made sense and when it came to finalizing things, he really pushed for me to be happy with all the terms. Amazing in-depth tour of the new Subaru Ascent I am currently in the market for a larger sized vehicle to supplement my current vehicles. I currently own a Subaru and after 4 years and 80k miles, I am currently in the market for a larger sized vehicle to supplement my current vehicles. I currently own a Subaru and after 4 years and 80k miles, have not regretted my purchase. This is what led me here to Johnson Subaru to look for a new vehicle. I did not have an appointment scheduled but I stopped by the front desk and spoke with Adam Dombrowski, who was more than happy to bring me up to where they had the vehicles parked and show me the Subaru Ascent. I was clear that while I'm looking and comparing vehicles currently, I'm still about 1-2 years out from actually purchasing. This did not deter Adam in spending as much time as necessary to ensure that I was able to view and learn about the car. Unlike my experience with most car salesmen in the past, NOT at Johnson Subaru, but elsewhere (Any Dealership in North Raleigh), Adam listened to any questions that I had and offered very detailed and informed responses. Owning a Subaru, I'm familiar with some of the features and functions and could tell that Adam legitimately knew the information he was sharing, and was not just spreading misinformation. There was also no pressure or any attempts to close a sale which is honestly the best part of my experience with Adam. If, and most likely when, I do choose to purchase another Subaru, I know exactly who I'll be working with on the sale. More

Robert was super helpful, full of knowledge and made us feel no pressure whatsoever. He answered every question with ease and if he didn’t know he asked someone right away. He also made us feel so comfortable and asked if we would like him to step away so my husband and I could have a conversation. He did this multiple times. It made us feel extremely relaxed.
