Always double check their work: missing screws, lose parts.. Always double check their work! During my last few visits this year, I have come across missing screws, lose parts, oil leaks and having to back to Always double check their work! During my last few visits this year, I have come across missing screws, lose parts, oil leaks and having to back to have them re-repaired. The quality of their technicians lately has been terrible! They have been wasting my time, forcing me to go back because of screws that weren't screwed back in after service, or lose parts, or oil leaks. I think they have grown too big and too busy and their poor service quality shows. Won't be going taking my car there for service anymore until they get their acts straight. More

Gear shift replacement We have bought multiple cars from Johnson Suburu. The shift lever would not go into park. Problem is poor manufacturing on a 2017 Outback.
