Horrible. Even two tow truck drivers spoke poorly of them as well as others. Not sure how they received so many great reviews. The service Manager and tech spoke condescendingly to me and treated me like I was stupid. This accounts for over a 2 year service history with them (not just one visit). They didn’t believe me when I told them what the car was doing. THIS AFTER they serviced it and supposedly changed out the Turbo. I was almost in a horrendous accident while leaving because the car refused to accelerate over 30 mph as I pulled onto the highway. They “said” they had test driven it after their repairs. They still didn’t believe me and had to take a test drive for themselves with me driving. The garage tech immediately yelled, “Okay, let’s go back to the dealership immediately!” after he saw firsthand what I had explained. After their repair, I had to take the car back to them 3 times after I had driven 5 & 10 miles away THREE TIMES the same day! The service engine light was on, it wouldn’t register it was in park, it wouldn’t lock. WTH? None of that was any issue before I took it into to service with them. When I called about it, the service tech hung up on me while I was in mid-sentence. When I got there, he did 10 minutes of mindless paperwork while I stood at his desk before helping me, then he took my keys, didn’t say anything, and walked away. I had not idea what was going on. The next time (over a year later) I have it towed in (on my own dime) because they kept putting me off when I repeatedly requested an appointment for yet another recall, the engine died and smoked while we were in an intersection. They replaced it under warranty because it was their fault for not fixing the recall in a timely (1 year) manner. However, they kept it for OVER 8 WEEKS!!! Ridiculous. I checked on it often and they kept saying it was almost ready and they were working on it. The last time when I called to check to see if it was ready (just before I contacted a lawyer), it was miraculously ready within the hour. Hmm... I contacted the main customer service with Hyundai and they said they would cut me a check for the money I had to pay for a rental, but only if I never brought up all of that again to them. Seriously. WOW. Pay people off much? However, that was two months ago... still no check. I’ve had to open 4 different case tickets with Hyundai Consumer Affairs because they keep closing them out before things are resolved, then it would take 2 weeks each to get that going again. I am waiting yet again for them to contact me. Who should I contact now? The local news? My lawyer? The BBB? Any suggestions? More

The front desk welcomed me and Michale was able to help me right away. He was very helpful even though the car I was initially looking for was out of stock. He was very creative and was able to show me a car I liked even more. I have had poor experiences shopping for cars in the past and would absolutely recommend this dealership for every one that I dealt with and their professionalism and ethical behavior. No upselling and honest. Was able to get the car in a short process and enjoy it over the holiday weekend. More

My experience with the other dealerships that the salespeople were trying to sell rather than to help me. Mike and Johnny from Hyundai took the initiative to understand my situation, needs, and they provided me with different options and ideas to make the car purchase possible. They were very knowledgeable and found a vehicle based on my budget and needs. Mike was frequently updating me about the progress and fulfilled everything I requested. He even took the initiative to contact me after the purchase to ensure that my ride was up to the expectation. Thank you, guys. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. More

This dealership came highly recommended, and I will say, I was not disappointed. Fast forward to March of 2021, I showed up around 1pm on a Saturday and was greeted by Mark Priest. While I didn't have an appointment, he took the time to work with me, and ultimately helped me find the SUV that I wanted, without pressure or the pushy car sales feel. They just so happened to have the SUV I was looking for at the dealership that day. Mark was kind, patient, and made my next couple hours as pleasant as he could. They were busy, so I was not surprised that finance was running behind. By 7pm, I said good-bye to my first Hyundai and drove off in my second. I am a Johnson Hyundai customer for life. Highly recommended! More

I live in South Texas and shipping a vehicle was definitely new to me these guys handled everything and got it all lined up and took the headache of shipping a vehicle away. I went to several dealers here in Texas and none were even close to comparison of the excellent service i received at Johnson Hyundia. No games or constant back and forth. Very satisfied with this experience and I will always purchase my vehicles from here for now on they seriously take care of the customer here!
