We finalized vehicle and everything was almost done and when we went there for few signatures they came back and said we need to redo the loan approval process. We waited there 2 hours and they came back a when we went there for few signatures they came back and said we need to redo the loan approval process. We waited there 2 hours and they came back and said that loan is not approved for the rate what they quoted earlier buy they can give for higher rate which was not feasible for us. We sold out old car outside as it was everything finalized but they started all this process again and saying they cannot give . I requested them that I will pay full amount with check but for that also they are not ready to accept. They literally made us stand without car now . We are not happy with them at all !!! Very bad experience!! Salesman is not having clear information as well as the finance manager no one having clarity. More
