This was first visit to the new Apex location, and my fifth ELANTRA lease. LA was very personable and professional in the presentation of my options. We were trading in a 20 year old car that was on its last legs, and LA explained everything to us clearly as we were going through the steps toward buying a car since we were new to the process; the 20 year old car was my first car passed down from a family member that I had for ten years. He even took the time before we drove off the lot to help us get the Bluetooth and application set up, as well as giving us a heads-up on all the mail we’d be getting within 30-45 days and what the contents would entail. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted, and were able to negotiate a great deal that could fit within our budget. He even showed us the numbers to prove that we were getting the best possible deal. We had our eyes set on the 2024 Hyundai Kona and each step of the buying process was concise, and LA walked us through each step. HWe were there the day before they moved to the Apex location, so the atmosphere was a little more fast paced and hectic than one would be used to. If you go in after doing your research and knowing what you want, they’ll work with you. When we asked for more information, we were given that. My only critical point would be the long wait intervals in between the short rounds of document overview and signatures. Of course, I understand we came in during a transition period. We came in around 1:00 and left about 15 minutes before 5:00. We noticed there was 30 minute waiting intervals for tasks such as retrieving a copy of a document, but again, this could be attributed to the faster-than-normal pace of the dealership that day. As a first time buyer, my advice to anyone would be: Do your research on vehicles and where to find them, come up with numbers, do a pre-approval, do not settle, come in knowing exactly what you’re looking for and what your price range is, and they’ll work with you the best they can. More

Absolutely worst place you could ever go to! My car had a sensor go off an hour after purchase and its been three months and they haven’t fixed it. So not only are they incompetent they sold a vehicle knowing it has had this issue before. No one will answer the phone or call me back . I am making payments on the car And I don’t even have it.
