Best dealership for service. Today I brought my car in for 3 items. Routine oil change , annual inspection and to have my transmission fluid changed as I just hit 65,000 miles on my 2011 Tuscon Limited. As I arrived I ws promptly greeted both outside and inside the service area. Although I opted to stay I was offered a courtesy ride if necessary. I relaxed in the lounge was able to connect to free wifi , watch TV or just relax and have a great cup of hot coffee and enjoy one of the many snacks offered. The staff checked numerous times to see if I needed anything and my car was services in a timely manner. I have been a loyal customer since switching to a Hyundai and have owned 5 new cars because of the great treatment my wife Lois and I receive when purchasing or having a car serviced. I highly recommend Johnson Hyundai to all my friends and family. More

New lease experience I originally intended to go in for an oil change but have had my eye on the Tucson for quite some time. A kind sales associate found us a place to park and then we met Carl Claiborne. I was looking for three pre-owned 2016 Subaru Legacies that were located on three different Johnson of Cary lots. Carl located two Legacies and we test drove each. Both cars were in excellent condition and Carl answered any questions we had. We decided to buy! Carl guided us thru all the paperwork including financing in a timely manner considering it was a Saturday afternoon. Our experience with Carl and Johnson Subaru of Cary was comfortable and very pleasant. It was well worth the 80+ mile trip. Joe was the icing on the cake though he answered all my questions even after business hours and was able to get me and my fiancé everything we wanted in a new Elantra with the payments that I wanted. In my experience most dealerships have not gone above and beyond when it comes to giving you what you want price wise without you having to walk away from the table a few times. Joe and Johnson Hyundai got it right on the first try, and have definitely earned my business from this point on. It was well worth the hour and a half drive to do business with them.
