When we arrived at the dealership, the sales staff was finishing a morning meeting. While we looked at the vehicles inside the showroom, another customer came up to me and told me how much her daughter loved the Kona, and how she trusted the car when her high school daughter was driving to or from a school event. Starting with my sales representative, Ryan Lambert, I was treated with respect and provided answers to all my questions. I walked in unsure of whether I would trade for another Elantra or look at the Kona. After explaining to Ryan my primary needs in a car, he was able to help me navigate through my choice, He provided the answers to my concerns and questions in a very concise and thorough manner. Once I test drove the Kona, I knew immediately it was the vehicle I had been searching for. It had the safety features, size and proved to be a great driving experience. The financing process was the easiest and most painless I have ever gone through. Michael Black in Finance, again provided all the information needed, and worked to get the lowest interest rate possible. When I changed my mind and decided to get more of the options to protect the car after signing the contract, Michael just smiled and said no problem. He genuinely did not mind reprocessing my paperwork and getting me in and out quickly. The day was capped off, by the manager, Johnny B., taking a few minutes to come out and personally introduce himself, check on the experience and see if there were any concerns. The best way I could sum up the experience is that it was so good that my brother, who went with me, decided to go home, get his car and also trade on a Hyundai Kona (with the same team from start to end).
