It took almost 4 hrs to get the car into my hands, including the delay in the cleaning and detailing. On a positive side my interactions with Gustavo were very good. He was extremely helpful and polite. He knows the car and application for controlling the car well and explained it carefully. He even helped cleaning department to finish with the car yo help reduce the wait. More
