We went to Johnson Hyundai because of a car that I found online. I was greeted and assisted by our salesman, Mark. He was great. He showed us the car that we wanted to see and seems well informed about it. He had a great, friendly personality and didn't pressure us (like salesmen at other dealerships.) He just seemed like a genuine person. The car pretty much sold itself. It was a used model just over our budget. They were able to get the car into our budget, which was awesome. We initially came in with a pre-approved loan, but their finance department found us a better rate. They take pride in all of their cars, even the used stock--which I didn't see at other dealerships. When we drove off of the lot, our car looked brand new. We'll definitely be back and will be referring Mark to anyone who's in the market for a car. More

Brent's Brinkley's sales's skills were superior. I purchased a 2013 genesis coupe. It was the second car I have purchased from him within a four month period. (first car was elantra for my daughter- purchased a 2013 genesis coupe. It was the second car I have purchased from him within a four month period. I had a great experience at Johnson Hyundai. I sent an email early in the morning requesting information about a car I was interested in and I received an email back within a half hour from John Bowman, t email early in the morning requesting information about a car I was interested in and I received an email back within a half hour from John Bowman, the internet director. John was very pleasant, friendly and scheduled an appointment for me to come and see what the dealership had available. John was very knowledgeable about Hyundai cars and he showed me both used and new cars as well as options for leasing and buying. Basically, John was interested in helping me find the right car and the best deal possible without being pushy, condescending or making me feel like if I did not do what he thought was best, I was making the wrong decision. John treated me like I was his only customer and stayed very late that evening to complete the paperwork for my purchase. Also, Finance Manager, David Saporito, was extremely professional, pleasant and like John, was not pushy, and he did pressure me in to an extended warranty like I had happen to me at another dealer. When I had to return after my purchase to complete some additional paperwork because my payment went down (Yes, they had me come back TO LOWER MY PAYMENT!), John and David treated me like I was their only customer and answered all of my questions. To summarize, if you want a simple, stress free car buying experience, John, David and the Hyundai team at Johnson Hyundai will make sure this happens for you. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was my best experience yet! More
I purchased a New 2012 Tucson from this dealer on 6/26/12. During the financing part of the sale I felt that I was pressured into buying an extended warranty for the vehicle. I was reassured by the finance officer that if I didn’t like it that I could cancel within the first 60 days. Long story short, I was told that I would receive my refund in 3 to 4wks. It has now been over 10wks and no one will call me back. I have also been to the dealer several times only to WAIT for someone to tell me that it will get handled. Still WAITING and now I am corresponding with the BBB and a local attorney. Service after the sale is not a strong point of this dealership! More
I went in to trade in my Nissan that was about to need a lot of repairs for a newer car with a better interest rate on the loan. He made the whole process go smoothly and I felt like he really cared about making sure I could have the car that I need with payments that I could afford. My wife and I bought a Veloster from Jermaine Bright on Memorial Day. We got a fair price and a fair trade-in valuation. We felt so good about working with Jermaine and Johnson Hyundai, the following week we bought a Sonata. Again, no haggling. We told Jermaine our goals and he made it happen with no haggling. Jermaine just knocked it out of the park in terms of level of service. More

Just a great experience - other dealers had misrepresented price quoting prices based on rebates I 'didn't qualify for" once I got there-- Then Went to Johnson, got treated with respect and hon misrepresented price quoting prices based on rebates I 'didn't qualify for" once I got there-- Then Went to Johnson, got treated with respect and honesty -- AND STILL GOT A BETTER PRICE!
