Recently visited this dealership to help my daughter with a lease for a 2013 Elantra. She had a very limited budget but both Sean and Johnny worked with us to get her a deal she could afford. They were both very professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. While I was there I spotted a used car that I liked and came back the next day and traded for it. After I had the used car for a couple of weeks, I noticed that there was a leak around the trunk. Called Johnny and he told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. I dropped off the car one evening and they gave me a loner to drive to work the next day. They fixed the problem at no additional charge. I have never had a car buying experience (new or used) that was better. I know the staff went above and beyond their duty to see that my daughter and I received a good deal and that the problem I had with the used car was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. They don't just give lip service to customer service - it is real. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I will be a repeat customer. More

Best experience ever buying a new vehicle and this is not my first. In fact I have purchased 3 vehicles in the last three years but on average once every three years. I purchased a car from Johnson Hyundai back at the end of October, 2012. I worked with Shareef Haleem in sales. I worked with Greg Kostern in finance on the warranty side of things. I decided against the warranty after I purchased my vehicle. Greg was both courteous and professional throughout the entire refund process. My wife and I are considering buying a new Hyundai Santa Fe once the newer model with the third row seats is out. We will definitely consider buying this vehicle from Shareef and Johnson Hyundai. My son went to buy his first car- sales people were great- financing department, and no return call from manager was unacceptable! The day after purchasing car, called and said could get lower interest great- financing department, and no return call from manager was unacceptable! The day after purchasing car, called and said could get lower interest rate from finance department- thought that was great, told my son (first time car buyer) to go sign, not aware that they increased car price 1,000. for the lower rate. He did not question as I told him to go- so 6.00 a month lower monthly payment increased price of car 1,000. No return call after speaking with manager! Live and learn, but no excuse -have your financing set up before you walk in door-and if first time car buyer , watch your back More
Shareef has sold my dad two vehicles (second being mine) and I praise him for it very much as my dad is not an easy man to deal with. Shareef was very patient and curdiest at all times. Great service. We came in the first weekend spur of the moment. Not ready to buy. Rabah took our info and gave us his card. The models of the car we were interested in were all lined up along the front drive -- waiting for our test drive. When we got down to price and making the deal they tried to move quickly and accommodate our budget. Even though we missed the game (which was recording at home) all in all it was a great experience. Shareef was the reason we bought the car from Johnson Hyundai. He was personable, polite, and was not "high pressure" like some of the other salespeople in the Triangle area at other dealers. Even though we finalized the deal late on a Friday night, Shareef took his time to explain all the functions within the vehicle. My wife was impressed with Shareef as well. We would like to deal with Shareef when we look for a new car for her in a few months. I was very close to buying the car from another dealership out of state. Johnson Hyundai beat the deal. I was surprised. I did feel pressured into buying a couple of the warranties. I'm sure Greg was just doing his job. I should have been better prepared for this. I purchased the warranties and then decided against them the next day. When I went in to the dealership to tell them about deciding against taking the warranties the next morning, it had already been filed and I was told to come back a few days later. I did so and was told that the credit for the warranties would not come through for 6 to 8 weeks. This has me very concerned. From my understanding, I'll be making payments with the warranties already in the financing until the money is credited to me in approximately two months. Other than this concern, I highly recommend this dealership. I do recommend that people go into the financing part of buying a new car with eyes wide open in regards to the warranty side of things. More
