They don't return phone calls, even the managers. If you need to get service, count on a ridiculous wait. They are in no hurry to help you. I just started taking my car to another dealership that actually returns phone calls. Don't buy a car here. Once they have a sale off you, you become a burden if you need help. But you may still be stuck paying for that car for the next 5-6 years. Shop elsewhere. I regret giving this place my hard earned money, and won't be making that mistake again. More
