Great experience at Johnson Hyundai My wife and I originally came in to explore the Santa Fe Sport back in July before the arrival of our new baby. We met Mark Priest, and he showed us t My wife and I originally came in to explore the Santa Fe Sport back in July before the arrival of our new baby. We met Mark Priest, and he showed us the features of the Santa Fe, but was also nice enough to show us the Genesis, and Sonata as well. Over 2 months later, I returned to the dealership and Mark immediately remembered me, and we discussed possible deals to get me out of the negative equity of my current(now previous vehicle.) One month later Mark, GM Kevin Hand, and I finally were able to put a deal together for a new Sonata Sport that is fully loaded. I've owned many new cars in my life, ranging from VW, to Mercedes, and even two Range Rovers, and never in my car buying life have I been treated as well as I was at Johnson Hyundai and by Mr. Mark Priest. He sets the gold, nay the Platinum standard for what a car salesman should be. The Johnson Family should be really proud they have such a stellar employee at their Hyundai dealership! No help once they've made a sale off you I purchased my vehicle from this dealership back in March, and have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership ever since. They don't return phone calls, even the managers. If you need to get service, count on a ridiculous wait. They are in no hurry to help you. I just started taking my car to another dealership that actually returns phone calls. Don't buy a car here. Once they have a sale off you, you become a burden if you need help. But you may still be stuck paying for that car for the next 5-6 years. Shop elsewhere. I regret giving this place my hard earned money, and won't be making that mistake again. More
