He was very knowledgeable and provided an excellent overview of all vehicles which were driven. Once our decision was made and Maverick was informed, he assisted us in getting all of the required documentation ready so that we could minimize our time at the dealership due to COVID-19 concerns. Finally the finance and delivery portions went very smoothly. Overall a very professional and straight forward experience without any pressure or "game playing" on price, etc. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

The service from the minute that I inquired about a vehicle through driving the vehicle home has been nothing short of perfect. My first contact after submitting an internet inquire was with Phill Guins, the Internet Sales Manager. He was a pleasure to deal with. He completed a trade-in appraisal via email with me sending the requested information and pictures. They gave me a very fair trade-in value. After agreeing on the trade-in value, we were able to get the deal for a new 2020 Hyundai Ioniq drawn up at a below invoice price plus the addition of all the qualifying rebates. Amazing! When I stepped into the dealership for the 1st time I was pleasantly greeted but the receptionist, Herriett Von. She was the most knowledgeable receptionist that I have ever dealt with. She knows the Hyundai product. I have never seen this in a receptionist before. She was extremity pleasant the entire time, not only with its but with everyone who walked through the door. This includes all the dealership employees. She's a rockstar! 🤩🤩 My salesman was Gustavo. I don't even know where to start!? He's possibly one of the friendliest people that I have ever met. His knowledge of the product is top-notch. He had the vehicle pulled to the front of the dealership ready for the test drive. I was on the road within 2 minutes of arriving! Upon returning from the test drive, I was escorted to his desk where he had all the paperwork completed, and most importantly ACCURATE! I was then passed over to James in the financing department. You can tell James has been doing this for a while. He's a prior Air Force guy who has his stuff together! He mentioned the required upsell options, but once I declined he didn't mention them again. No high-pressure sales here! We had the deal signed and completed within 10 minutes. He's an amazing man with 9 grandkids! 😯😯 After completing the finance part we were walked out by the salesman Gus. The new car was detailed and the gas tank was topped off. The plates were already transferred from the trade-in vehicle. We were ready to go! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Hyundai! You will get the most honest and friendly service around! More

GUSTAVO WAS AMAZING! I’ve had a Hyundai before, my mom and boyfriend drive them as well. So when my Kia finally fell of the wheels I decided to go back to Hyundai. I wanted to purchase the 2020 Elantra Va and boyfriend drive them as well. So when my Kia finally fell of the wheels I decided to go back to Hyundai. I wanted to purchase the 2020 Elantra Value Edition, but it was outside my budget. My boyfriend and I tried seeing how we could make it work and Gustavo told us he could get us a deal on the SEL Elantra and we wouldn’t have to stress. He explained the differences between the two cars and said he could do the forms right away. We couldn’t drive away with the car do to bank issues, but Gustavo even offered to come to the dealership on his day off to see us off with the car. This morning before going to the dealership to pickup the car he even texted me a picture of my car with a big red bow on it! When signing all the forms and dealing with the bank James was great too! Both James and Gustavo were so friendly and personable. These guys really did go above my expectations of a car dealership they were phenomenal! More

It worked out in the end When I came in, I was greeted by Gustavo, the most genuine soul, who let us look around the dealership while he was getting a test drive setup. It took a lot of back and forth between myself and the dealership, but I got a good deal and I am very happy with my purchase and what they were able to do for me. Gustavo was really great throughout the whole process. he was very upfront with us and made me feel calm. Car buying can be so stressful, but he made it such a easy process.
