My husband and I was impressed with the efficiency at Johnson Hyundai dealership. Our sales person, Joe Potter was nothing but informative and up front with us. As mentioned above it started out with Joe, then moved to Willie Perry, who thoroughly went through the financial paperwork in addition to explaining the "Gas and Go" program (Which I highly recommend) and ending with Aidan Silverthorn who went over the many features on the dashboard before our departure. With our situation we bought a Palisade on Wednesday and was pleased with it but two days later decided we wanted to upgrade to the Limited. Joe and Willie welcomed us a second time and along with the General Sales Manager Johnny Barbaro worked hard to get the Limited Palisade for us. It wasn't the easiest task since the Palisade was moving like hot cakes. We drove out of the Hyundai parking lot around 5:00 on that Friday, two days after we purchased the first Palisade with a Limited Palisade. We are extremely pleased with this choice and the service we received at Johnson's Hyundai. More

This was the best experience buying a car that I have ever had I'm 56 years old. We keep cars for years before we buy new ones but we totaled two cars in 5 weeks. This is what all dealerships should be like!!!!! My mom bought a car here in January and Mark was her sales person. When I unexpectedly had to take my car, a different brand, to the dealership for work that would end up costing more than the car was worth they, the dealership sales people, immediately began to try to sell me on purchasing a new a car which would have been way over my budget but had less features than my then vehicle. While I was sitting in the lobby of that dealership I immediately remembered the great customer service Mark provided my mom and asked her to contact him to see if he could help me out. Again, he superseded my expectations. Thanks to him and his team I am now in a brand new car with bells, whistles and warranties for only a few dollars more than I was already paying for my previous vehicle, insurances included. I must also thank his amazing team which consisted of: Will in finance, Terrie who does the insurance and Ayden who took the time to show me all the amazing things my new car can do.
