Due to sickness then death of my husband we sold his car 4 months after buying it in June 2020. Johnson Hyundai of Cary refuses to refund the Gap Insurance. After numerous phone calls and emails to them plus a visit I finally received a return phone call from General Manager Mike and he said he would check into it and call me back by certain day. Nope, no phone call. Lied to again. I have visited and talked with finance manager James Edmonson back in early December, was supposed to receive a check within 1 to 2 weeks. LIED to again. October 30th I emailed them all forms required and also email from loan company stating loan was paid off in October. The stress and worry they are putting me through is unbelievable. Why are they doing this? Do I need to hire lawyers to get my $895.00 money back? More
