I recently lease a new car from Johnson Hyundai and had a great first experience. My salesman Damion Green actually took the time to answer all my questions and inquires. He provided me with above and beyond information on what I was looking for. Him and his Manager Johnny Barbaro was willing to work within my budget and was able to lease a new 2021 Sonata . They stayed overtime to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving the dealership. Finance Manager Shareef Abdelhalim, also provided me with all the information I needed as a first time customer, and was also willing to keep me within my budget! I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door. Highly recommend working with these folks ! I am truly appreciative of the work they all put in to assist me ! More
This dealer has a wonderful phone assistant who answered all of my questions and set up an apointment for a test drive. I have always received excellent service in the service department at Johnson Hyundai. This is my first experience purchasing a vehicle from them. I don’t plan to go anywhere else in the future! I was actually there for a service appointment on my 2017 Elantra and not to purchase a vehicle, however a certified pre-own 2020 Venue with only 703 miles on it caught my eye. Geoff approached me to see if I was interested in trading in my Elantra and everything fell into place! My sales associate was Nick Auchard and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I returned the next day to complete the paperwork and was helped by his manager Frank and Julia in finance. They were both also very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Both Nick and Frank followed up with me by phone and email to make sure I was satisfied with everything which made me feel very appreciated as a customer.! More
I originally went to see what pre-owned cars on the lot I would like. After telling Damion the features I was looking for and around what price he came back with a brand new 2020 Elantra and I am IN LOVE wit would like. Due to sickness then death of my husband we sold his car 4 months after buying it in June 2020. Johnson Hyundai of Cary refuses to refund the Gap Insurance. After numerous phone calls and emails to them plus a visit I finally received a return phone call from General Manager Mike and he said he would check into it and call me back by certain day. Nope, no phone call. Lied to again. I have visited and talked with finance manager James Edmonson back in early December, was supposed to receive a check within 1 to 2 weeks. LIED to again. October 30th I emailed them all forms required and also email from loan company stating loan was paid off in October. The stress and worry they are putting me through is unbelievable. Why are they doing this? Do I need to hire lawyers to get my $895.00 money back? More

He is able to treat any customer with respect and tailor his approach appropriately based on the type of customer. He was never pushy and offered his advice respectfully.
