After being told that u have my money from my finance company and that its my problem now...do u think I would want to deal with Johnson Bros ever again? Uve already failed to fix the car right the first time so do u think I would have any faith in ur service or management after being hung up on and told this? Like I was told by ur management Saturday to take it to a gm dealer and have them look at it on Johnson bros dime...now u want to come pick it up? step up and call a Gm dealer close to me. Schedule an appointment with them for me to go have the vehicle diagnosed and then pay for the repair cost like a good dealership would offer to do and then u might have a happy customer...I Dont want a loaner car I Dont want u to pick the vehicle up... my trust with Johnson bros is non existent...
