The man came in on his off day to make final delivery of our purchase, that is personal service. We shopped five dealers in looking for our purchase. Here at Johnson Brothers we did not get the canned high pressure sale tactic or the pushy “tell me the payment you want” instead what Michael delivered was a buying experience focused on what we wanted to see and drive, and we did drive a few cars. No short test here. Each car had plenty of fuel and a genuine willingness to allow us to take good test drives over various roads. Michael knows the features and differences between models and styles but provided it in a friendly conversation, not a high pressure pitch of “Sell this deal today” that so many other dealers push for. The entire staff was exceptional and we will be making our future purchases here because of the hard work of Michael and the entire staff.
