I had a schedule oils change and had to wait 2 /12 hours. Had other appointments that had to be rescheduled. This appointment was such a big inconvenience. Great that they are not charging any dealer markup on new vehicles. On the up side...I got more options for less money than a used vehicle at the other dealerships I had visited. Down side...Submitting for vehicles. On the up side...I got more options for less money than a used vehicle at the other dealerships I had visited. Down side...Submitting for financing prior to the visit was a waste of time as nothing was done with it. I kept getting offered the "Preferred Finance Rate" as a deal option, however they had no idea if I was actually qualified for it because they had not completed the credit application until I refused further negotiation until this was completed. Dealership and ordering process was pretty good however, I don’t agree with financing options. “Not accepting out of state banks” and I didn’t really have a good experience with my sales person.
