Without visiting the dealership we negotiated a deal and had the car in our driveway (they drove over an hour and delivered it), within a day. Delivery drivers were very friendly and professional. I was able to get in quickly & get my car serviced. I usually call ahead & make an appointment at the Carrollton location but decided to just go to the Thornton Rd location instead. I drove right up to the Service location told them what I needed & they told me it would take 2 hours to take care of my car. In almost exactly 2 hours my car was ready & I was on my way.
