2023 C8 Broke down 6 miles from driving off the lot. Check Engine light on also Hill Assist malfultion. First oil change at 500 miles had to wait 2 week to get an appointment. My wife waited 5 hour Check Engine light on also Hill Assist malfultion. First oil change at 500 miles had to wait 2 week to get an appointment. My wife waited 5 hour for oil change had cancel appointment. My wife left the oil change and 3 miles leaving the lot the Maintenance Light came on. I expect this experience from a BUY HERE PAY HERE.. We seriously thinking about canceling the next C8.. More

I love John Thornton. People don’t understand how much they go out of their way to make customers happy. They have to wait 5 minutes longer and trash them. Absolutely horrible service! Parts and service is a complete joke, either you have to schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance and leave you car for three days or do as the att Parts and service is a complete joke, either you have to schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance and leave you car for three days or do as the attended said and take it somewhere else. I gave them the benefit of a doubt last weekend which is when i got this answer maybe I got there late or they were extremely busy but to be told the exact same thing the following weekend. Wow! Here is the kicker they tell you don’t schedule an appointment online or app because it doesn’t work. What a joke! Went next door to Dodge caravan in Lithia springs, looked twice as packed was advised of a long wait time but was seen. Missing my Jeep and Challenge right about now. Do better chevy More
