A bunch of younger guys inside the sales room - not acting very professionally and goofing off. I need my car serviced before leaving on a trip on Saturday. I call on Monday and am told there are no appointments available for more than 2 weeks. I ask to talk to a service writer, and I tell him that I'm willing to bring the car in that night and leave it all week if necessary. He tells me he can get me in on Friday morning. However, at 11:00 Tuesday morning, Byron calls me and tells me they had a 7:30 a.m. cancellation, and they can perform my 15,000-mile service that morning. My car was ready by noon, as always working as it should. I bought this car from John Thornton Chevrolet, and it's my expectation that I'll have all my service done there as well. More
