I need my car serviced before leaving on a trip on Saturday. I call on Monday and am told there are no appointments available for more than 2 weeks. However, at 11:00 Tuesday morning, Byron calls me and tells me they had a 7:30 a.m. cancellation, and they can perform my 15,000-mile service that morning. My car was ready by noon, as always working as it should. I bought this car from John Thornton Chevrolet, and it's my expectation that I'll have all my service done there as well. More
