The Service Technician could not find the Wheel Lock Key to rotate the tires. I told him where to find it, yet he still could not. Its very surprising that a dealership would not have a universal wheel lo to rotate the tires. I told him where to find it, yet he still could not. Its very surprising that a dealership would not have a universal wheel lock key - every other GM dealership I have received service at has had a universal key. There was little to no effort to look for the key - It was exactly where I told them it was in the car. The wheels were not rotated, will not go back here again. More

The day I purchased my car I didn't even plan on getting anything, just dropped in to touch basis with her, and look around a bit more. Then boom she pulled the rabbit out of a hat with a little help from the money guy in the back. I appreciate the fantastic customer service that was presented to me, and the family like environment that was displayed amongst the staff. I would definitely refer people to check them out.
