Thank you for your review. I just reviewed your file and the sales price is exactly what we advertised. Tax and title are not included in any dealers sale price as they are remittable fees and especially when your from Florida they will be different tax and title fees than Georgia. We also offered you theft protection insurance and you declined and we removed it from the sale price as well as paint protection which you declined and we removed. John Thornton has been doing business since 1957 and I can assure you we will always take care of our customers and do the right thing. We are sorry you feel that we didn't do everything to earn your business with full transparency as I know our sales manager Bernie said enjoyed working with you over the phone during the transaction so not sure where the confusion is but enjoy your Nissan.
