Great job from my service guy! Technician left traces of oil near my cap under the hood. Technician also left the oil change sticker paper in my cup holder. This may be unnoticeable or seem petty to a person who has a junky car but I keep a very clean vehicle interior and exterior. That won’t keep me from coming back. Just let your technicians know to take their time and wipe off spilled oil and don’t leave trash in a customers vehicle. Integrity means a lot. I just hope my oil change was actually done and done properly. Thank you! More
Great service appointment for 45K service on my 2020 Blazer. Also put on new Michelin tires (at about the same cost as a large membership warehouse) and did 4-wheel alignment, all in less than 5 hours. Blazer.
