I should be excited my C8 that I ordered 14 months ago was delivered 2 weeks later I received a call from Justin Scott saying they miscalculated my payoff and I owed them $460.00, and if I didn't pay it i was delivered 2 weeks later I received a call from Justin Scott saying they miscalculated my payoff and I owed them $460.00, and if I didn't pay it immediately he would call & report the car stolen. Later that day it was found that they owed me money. I went to the dealership to retrieve my money and an apology from Justin. He said ( excuse me for doing my job, I tell everybody the same thing). After reporting this to Dan Ramsdell I asked that something be done about this. Dan said nothing would be done & that I was trying to blackmail them. I spent almost a $100,000 and this is the thanks that I get. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN IN LIFE. More

I discovered a large nail in the tread of the LR tire on my '23 Tahoe late on a Friday afternoon (Oct. 20) and called to make an appointment to repair it. The lady on the phone (whose name I don't recall) my '23 Tahoe late on a Friday afternoon (Oct. 20) and called to make an appointment to repair it. The lady on the phone (whose name I don't recall) understood my problem and was able to schedule me in for a simple patch first thing (8:00 am) the next morning (Saturday Oct. 21). When I arrived, Mr. Diaz got me in right away, and the jiob was completed less than two hours later. Being that my request was on short notice, I was just glad to get the repair done professionally (I've plugged many of my tires myself over the years), and I was glad that they could work me in. More

My main complaint besides how high the payment is, was the fact that something was wrong with the truck took it back up there and it still didn't get resolved they said there's nothing wrong other than th the fact that something was wrong with the truck took it back up there and it still didn't get resolved they said there's nothing wrong other than the headlights and they replaced that well now the check engine lights coming on and there is I know something's wrong with it about to pick it on a code and find out myself More
