Deplorable customer service. Kept our car for a week and did NOTHING! Cost us over $300 for a rental car with no repair done. No one was helpful in the least on the phone and even lied to us repeatedly about the status of our vehicle. We never even got a loner vehicle. Not even an apology for the terrible and inconsiderate teatment of a long-time customer and it felt like no one at the dealership even cared. Extremely disappointed! More

My vehicle was in for the regular service. I asked the adviser to please have my tire air pressure checked. A few days later my OnStar report came in. I checked the pressure on the system and it showed the tire low. Then I made a trip to Discount Tires on E-W Conn, they have a bay just for checking tire pressure and they put the air in the tire. This makes me wonder what else your service department didn't do. More
