I only had to go to the dealership to sign the paperwork, which is what I wanted. Nobody likes to spend an entire day sitting around waiting while they do what they do, and he made sure I didn't have to and was still informed throughout the entire process. My only issue (and it's not a big one) was the financing at the end and how long it took to actually get them the right information after so many different requests they made. But that was more on GM Financial than the dealership. More
