After confirming with my Service Advisor, Bryon, I used the Thornton Chevrolet website tire selector find a set of replacement tires for my Colorado. After confirming with my Service Advisor, Bryon, that the tires I had chosen were available, I set up an appointment for their installation as well as for a routine service (oil change and filter) visit. The Service Dept. started work as soon as I arrived, and the job was completed in a timely manner, including the oil change, at least as quickly as my previous experience with traditional tire stores. New vehicle purchase was the best experience. I was in the market for a new truck and had my eye on a Chevrolet Colorado ZR2. I did a bit of searching on the internet and came across the John Tho I was in the market for a new truck and had my eye on a Chevrolet Colorado ZR2. I did a bit of searching on the internet and came across the John Thorton dealership. I visited the dealership on Monday (December 17) for a look at a couple of different colors they had on the lot. I walked around the lot and found Blue one that I really liked, so I went inside the sales office and encountered Shantell Peoples sales associate. Shantell was very engaging and courteous right off the bat. She walked out with me to look at blue Colorado, and arranged for me to have a test drive. This was my first time driving Colorado, so Shantell allowed me to take a longer route that would normally be allowed. When we returned to the dealership, I started looking at the three other colors they had on the lot (black, white, and red). It took me about 45 minutes to decide on the black, as I flip-flopped a lot, but Shantell showed extreme patience and even help me decide on the color. After that, we started the purchasing process. The finance department was great and did not try to upsell me on services that I did not/would not need. The whole process took about 4 and a half hours, but during that time, Shantell and other personnel were extremely patient and attentive. Note: Also, I was giving a great deal on my trade. Overall, I had a great 5-star experience with John Thorton Chevrolet, which 95% of that great experience was because of my interaction with Shantell Peoples. More
