Pleasant, definitely didn't try to hard sell me or steer me away from my intended purpose of being there. My only quibbles were I asked if there were similar CX-5's on the lot, I was told no, though the next day I did see another that I may have preferred. I can understand since it was not a Chevrolet, there wouldn't be a lot of fanfare in purchasing a used car there. But a couple of little touches would have gotten 5-stars such as a FULL tank a gas instead of just under half. Maybe one or two other soft touches such as that. That is all for now. More
