However, when trying to change credit card payment from one card to another, I was advised by Mike that " Very positive experience with Mike Walters. However, when trying to change credit card payment from one card to another, I was advised by Mike that "Mr. Larry" couldn't process the request. Having talked with a supervisor in customer service at Bank America Credit, that's not true. Failure to make this simple change, which I understand from Bank of America is done quite frequently, reduces my interest in dealing with Thornton in the future.. . . Such a simple unwillingness to change a transaction has colored my otherwise excellent experience with Thornton.. More
