My first car My mom took me to John Thornton to look at their used car. At first we were only looking at cash cars, cause I thought I wouldn’t qualify for a loan s My mom took me to John Thornton to look at their used car. At first we were only looking at cash cars, cause I thought I wouldn’t qualify for a loan since I’m only 18. Our salesman Michael got me into a 2014 Hyundai Veloster Turbo which only had a little over 21k miles. The whole process only took two hours and I drove my new car home that day!!
