Customers service On September 6 2019 I went to the service department John Thornton Chevrolet, because my truck make some noise came from the transmission, so your Ser On September 6 2019 I went to the service department John Thornton Chevrolet, because my truck make some noise came from the transmission, so your Service Advisor gave me appointment for Monday 9th at 9AM, my Son took my truck to your Dealer because I was working that morning, next Tuesday I called direct to the service advisor phone number and took me to the voicemail, so I left a message asking about my truck ,never call me back, I called again on Thursday and took me again to his voicemail, so I left a message one more time, never call me back, I was very frustrated and disappointed, I went to the service department on Friday to talk with your Service advisor about is my truck was checked, he told no because they have two vehicles before my and I asked what is the purpose to gave me the appointment for Monday, I asking bring my truck, he told me they can check by Monday 14th, I asking again bring my truck, I was very upset, so after I left your Dealer maybe 10 minutes later I get a call from your Service advisor telling me about the recall my truck has, sorry I will never going take my truck to your Dealer, and definitely I will not recommended your Dealer, I hope your service advisor takes care of your customers with professionalism and respect, Jose A Santiago. I come in RJ tells me I will take care. Says rear back tire has nail. OK? I pay$25. Now its 9-12-19 Light on again.... OK I can come in on 9-14-19 Please tell me why I am here again. This time Matt tells me we cannot help its a nail too close to the edge of tire. Unacceptable for Customer Service when I haven't even made the first payment. Censor was never checked on the truck. I called and left emails and even text messages reguarding the deal but she never replied back with any answer. Not a no , counteroffer, or not even a word to say that they sold the car or whatever. I tried speaking to the used car manager, Ricardo Shands who wasn’t pleasant at all and was trying to get off the phone as fast as he could. Be careful with internet pricing from them. They will quote you one price online and then when you get there the sticker price is different because of some dealer add ons which they failed to disclose online. This would be a shock to anyone who drives in from another state. You’re only as good as the people that work for you. A couple of bad apples can ruin your reputation and business.I would not recommend them to any of my physician colleagues. More
