Visited multiple dealers looking for a Chevy Trax. Some dealers didn't have the exact model and didn't want to put in an effort to find one. Other dealers wouldn't negotiate dealer add-ons. Looked online at John Thornton on a Friday and received a call from Fred. He gave me an out the door price that was right in my budget. Saturday morning, I was buying a new Chevy Tray from Fred. Had a bump in the road for the title/tag process - I was buying from out of state. The process wasn't clearly explained up front. Dino got involved and explained the process of using a 3rd party system to mail my paperwork. Dino and team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied from the issue. Hope to see them for my next purchase. More
