Professional, flexible, fast, reliable and easy going I simply needed a new SUV. Not having specific brand in mind, I surveyed different brands online. All I got was massive mails & calls that got me no where. I started driving between dealerships but ended up spending hectic 3 days for nothing. I was driving in Thornton road & saw John Thornton Chevy so I decided to give it one last try. In less than an hour, I drove out of the dealership in a brand new Equinox, not to mention that I traded in my old car. Price-wise, I am fully satisfied with my trade in & new purchase. As for the sales & management that I dealt with,,, professional, flexible, fast, reliable and easy going are the right description to everyone of them. More
