I made a 9 am appointment and dropped my vehicle off the night before so that my vehicle would be a priority at The service department is poorly ran. I made a 9 am appointment and dropped my vehicle off the night before so that my vehicle would be a priority at best. My vehicle was not touched at all, not even a diagnostic. The parts that service said I needed was not there either. Why would you set an appointment for someone's vehicle that they need for work and you do not have or do not event look at the vehicle? My vehicle would have been there 48 hours or more. Parts should be checked first and appointments made second. Very frustrating. More

Got to ride with the shop foreman to point out the noise and he made me feel like he genuinely wanted to get to a proper fix. I appreciate that. Most times when you go the dealer, the "problems" with your car go away before the tech looks at it. The tech I rode with wanted to make sure he knew what my issue was so he could diagnose properly.
