The service center itself did a great job. I bought a 2019 GMC Acadia. The wind;shield had a crack in it that was there when I bought it and could not be patched again. I asked Derek, the sales representative I purchased it from, about the windshield and he said I might have to split the cost and I said No. He put me through to Vance and he said they were in the business to make money and they could not pay to replace it. I was not happy at all and I let him know I was not a happy customer at all. Vances' last words to me were "I will have to check out the price of the windshield and get back to you tomorrow. I never heard a reply back from him at all. I had to call and speak to Derek 3 days later to find out what was going on and he said they were replacing the windshield and it should be ready the next day. A phone call would from Vance would have been nice. Derek had it cleaned and ready to pick up the next day. This whole process from the date of purchase until I got my car back was 3 weeks. As someone who typically does not enjoy the car buying experience, I was left with a very good impression of this dealership. They do not take a high-pressure approach and were upfront and honest in all of our dealings. Each of the two trucks we were considering had been sold by the time I made my decision 1-2 weeks after my initial visit, but our salesman, Justin Scott, went out of his way, without my asking, to locate an available truck nearby that we actually preferred over the two we had been considering. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for fair, honest pricing and people who are good to work with. More
