I sold a 2015 Ford Expedition to John Thornton Chevrolet. I got a great price with no haggling! When I arrived at the dealership to make the sell Gwen Wilson had all of the paperwork ready. Told me $110 fee to assess issue would go toward repair. Then charged me the $110 plus the repair. Not truthful. Also purchased a interior door handle from them and they quoted a whopping $238 for labor t Then charged me the $110 plus the repair. Not truthful. Since I was getting the keys cut on my SUV I spoke to Mr. Yates concerning a seat belt recall they needed to complete on my Silverado. Mr. Yates made me an appointment for the next day and when I arrived Mr. Yates concerning a seat belt recall they needed to complete on my Silverado. Mr. Yates made me an appointment for the next day and when I arrived he remembered me from the day prior and assisted me with getting the work order completed. We had a minor challenge with the installment due to after market heated seats. ( that were installed by your dealership.) Mr. Yates initially thought I would have to pay a service fee due to the placement of the seat belts but after speaking with the service manager all was resolved at no charge!!! More
