New Colorado sale and service visit for wife's Impala I've been a customer of Thornton Chevrolet sense the late '80's when I need parts for my first car. Through the years they have always given exception I've been a customer of Thornton Chevrolet sense the late '80's when I need parts for my first car. Through the years they have always given exceptional service either from their parts and service departments or sales. My wife and I have purchased a few cars from them and will continue to do so. While shopping for a new Colorado, I visited the dealership and the truck I was interested in seeing had sold the day before and they didn't have another one in stock. Marva and her sales manger worked hard to find another truck for me and made it happen! About a week later my wife's Impala needed service because of a noise from the suspension and Michael and crew found the problem and had it ready to go in just a couple of days. It's great to have a dealership that I can trust not only for being treated fairly with a sale, but also with service work being done right and without any needless "extras" that other places always seem to want to do.
