The process of selecting the vehicle was very good. Justin, our sales person, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The process with the financing piece needs some attention. The bulk of the time at Justin, our sales person, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The process with the financing piece needs some attention. The bulk of the time at the dealership was spent sitting and waiting. I had come prepared with any and all documentation that might have been needed. When we were ready, we had to go to another building and wait another 45 mins before I was able to complete the transaction. While this took place there was a heavy rain storm that started and there were no accommodations to stay dry and make it back to the original building. Increasing the speed and efficiency of this part of the process is where John Thornton could really make a difference. After delivery of the vehicle, we had an unfortunate flat tire and a tow truck came and severely damaged the brand new wheel. I had 132 miles on my very first brand new truck. Devastated was better than I felt. You can’t simply walk into an auto parts place and pickup a brand new wheel for a brand new car. I called Justin and he answered on his day off. He said he would see what he could do. Within 30 minutes, he called me back and said that he could get a new wheel and new tire ordered for me. He coordinated this with Chad in the parts department. Chad got the wheel and tire and then had the service department mount the tire and had it ready for me to pickup the day it arrived in the parts department. The wheel was picked up and when I got home with it, I installed it on the truck and was back to driving. I personally want to recognize Justin Scott in sales, Chad in parts, and the person in the service department that mounted and balanced the tire. While this is merely a review of my sales experience, the people involved in my experience after the sale must be recognized for providing AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I would like to be contacted by the general manager of this dealership so that I can have confirmation that the previously mentioned individuals have received some type of recognition and appreciation for their service to me. Thanks again to Justinand Chad and the unknown person in service. Again, I do expect a call from the GM. I do not expect a call from any other management person. Only the GM More
