Really have nothing negative to say about this dealership everybody was friendly everybody was courteous everybody was helpful the only thing I would say that needs to change our needs to be worked on is the everybody was friendly everybody was courteous everybody was helpful the only thing I would say that needs to change our needs to be worked on is the waiting not so much with the finance department but after finishing with the finance department 30. Why was waiting probably 20- 25 minutes overall good experience. More

Not pleased at all with customer service and the service department. Donna is rude and condescending. I’ve left several messages with Kim in service and she doesn’t return calls. The gentleman who sold department. Donna is rude and condescending. I’ve left several messages with Kim in service and she doesn’t return calls. The gentleman who sold me my car was amazing but now he doesn’t work there. It’s been less than a month and I’m having so many issues pop up that should have been done before the car was even listed for sale. In hind sight, always have a mechanic check before you buy a used car. Always I will never do business with John Thornton again. More
