They did lower the price of the vehicle I wanted by doing so they didn’t give me a tire pressure pump or new tires. But upon arrival (a 4 hour drive- one way) the vehicle had multiple scratches and a dent in so they didn’t give me a tire pressure pump or new tires. But upon arrival (a 4 hour drive- one way) the vehicle had multiple scratches and a dent in the hood. Unfortunately it is going to cost me $1,000 out of pocket to fix the damages they failed to mention to me. In the end I still walked away with said vehicle. More

I do not understand that when I have an appointment I still had to wait at the dealership four hours on my vehicle,very disappointed. Also my rotors where resurfaced at 9000 miles. The technician that rotated my tires evidently used an air wrench and put the lugnuts on so tight that I broke the wrench that came with the truck getting off a flat tire.
