Bought a car from them a couple weeks ago and to start they was friendly, nice, and encouraging. Over the next couple days went to check the car out and before going to look they told me i could go throug they was friendly, nice, and encouraging. Over the next couple days went to check the car out and before going to look they told me i could go through the process that my credit union had establish. Drove to go visit the car and it was a totally different situation. They told me i couldn't get the car unless the money was in hand after communicating with the lender. Second situation they had to replace the tire which i agreed to get done but they kept leading me on saying they would deliver the car the next and i didn't receive it until 3-4 days later. When i receive the car it didn't have but a quarter tank of gas which i was told it would be topped before leaving the dealership, also it only came with 1 key after being told it would get 2. Also days after receiving the car i called the dealership to speak with the sales manager and general manager , also left messages with different employees for them to contact me and still to this day i haven't heard anything from them. The sales person was great but the customer service sucked , i don't think i would want to shop with them again. More

I gave a 4 Star based on the discounts offered when the truck was purchased, everything else seemed a little forced. My truck was basically chosen by the Sales Rep and when asked to see other options , I’m truck was purchased, everything else seemed a little forced. My truck was basically chosen by the Sales Rep and when asked to see other options , I’m still waiting. The sales representative Veronica was helpful until the sale was completed. Apart from that her Sales Manager almost ran us away with his high down payment request. I’m still a little up in the air with a lot of things based on monthly payments and how much I suggest I was able to pay. I felt a little taken advantage of, but I know what was meant for my downfall will definitely turn out to be for my good. The preparation of my truck weren’t so outstanding either. Based on the fact that I’d just purchased another brand new vehicle prior I know they could have done way better. I also went back recently to get truck accessories and that didn’t go so well. The guy who “assisted” were NOT helpful. I ended up leaving to another dealership in Marietta and they were outstanding. More
