Our first impression of the in person interaction with one of their sale associates was great. Once we purchased a car from your dealership an issue arose of not providing an extra key fob. The effort to one of their sale associates was great. Once we purchased a car from your dealership an issue arose of not providing an extra key fob. The effort to resolve this issue was very irritating and misleading. A lot of attempts were made on our part to reach out to this particular associate we worked with but never answered our calls until the individual called us back once after speaking with the manager. When we showed up to program another key fob to the vehicle we were told once over the phone that the process would take no longer than an hour. Arriving at the dealership we were told the same thing but ended up waiting a total of 4 hours before the process was completed. Also to be noted is that we live 2 hours away from the dealership. More

The service was great. I had some concerns about the employees in the waiting area/ showroom didn't wear masks and that made me uneasy being there. Maybe you might want to rethink that.
