On my way to Georgia my oil light came, I live in Alabama. I called John Thornton Chevrolet and explained. They told me come on. They waited on me as soon as I got there. Very professional. I had a real problem with my Malibu that was keeping it from cranking. The service manager explained that their appointments were full for the week and this was Wednesday. After hearing my issue, he told m from cranking. The service manager explained that their appointments were full for the week and this was Wednesday. After hearing my issue, he told me to bring the car on Thursday and they would stay until the problem was resolved.
