Marva was my Sales rep amd she was the bomb.com and then some!! She's very jovial and easy to work with. On our first visit, she was waiting with the door opened to welcome us. She identified a vehicle, we agreed on it and off to finance we went...that was another quick and efficient process! While I waited for the vehicle, I checked with Marva for an update and her response was prompt. The vehicle arrived earlier than anticipated and as promised, she called with that update. She told me the vehicle would be ready for pickup at 6pm on the 26th and it was. She took the time to go over the features of the vehicle and made sure we had no questions and were very satisfied before we left. Just SUPERB service all around. More
