I wouldn't recommend this dealership. At the very beginning of the deal the salesman William "Bill" O'Hara was very available, communications via text, email and phone at all times no communication i beginning of the deal the salesman William "Bill" O'Hara was very available, communications via text, email and phone at all times no communication issues. It took 4 times to get the paperwork correct with the unapproved add ons and typo's Communication with the salesman suddenly stopped. No returned calls, No returned texts, No returned emails. Promised dead lines always missed without any responsibility/accountability. Always pushed to another salesman or finance manager was very frustrating. What was an easy car sale was prolonged by simply not following through on what they needed to do properly the first time. Just do your job with accountability. Do the paperwork correct, Answer your phone. Feels like he was just chasing that deal and moved on without any regard for his customer. More
